SRX26247870: RNA-Seq of Littorina saxatilis: adult female whole body
1 DNBSEQ (DNBSEQ-G400) run: 24.2M spots, 7.3G bases, 4.9Gb downloads

Design: This project aims to investigate gene expression patterns in Littorina saxatilis under different thermal conditions to understand the genetic basis of thermal adaptation. Total RNA was extracted from samples collected from different shore levels. mRNA was enriched using oligo(dT) beads, followed by library preparation using strand-specific protocols. Sequencing was performed using the DNBSEQ platform with a paired-end 150bp read length.
